Job Description

We are on the lookout for a People Operations Specialist that is passionate about fostering diversity and inclusion within our workforce. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing policies that support our diversity initiatives, ensuring that we cultivate an inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Implement programs that support underrepresented employees within the organization.
  • Conduct surveys and research to assess diversity and inclusion perceptions.
  • Deliver presentations on diversity strategies to various stakeholder groups.
  • Create and maintain documentation of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Assist with compliance related to employment equity legislation.
  • Facilitate conversations and workshops on unconscious bias.
  • Promote inclusion by ensuring all voices are heard in team discussions.
  • Develop partnerships with educational institutions to increase outreach.
  • Provide training materials and support to managers and employees.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in people operations or diversity roles
