Job Description

As a Legal Advisor at Legal Experts Inc., you will provide comprehensive legal advice across various sectors. You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and advising clients on their rights and obligations. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, helping clients navigate complex legal challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on legal rights and obligations in different scenarios.
  • Prepare detailed legal documents and submissions as required.
  • Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
  • Conduct due diligence for clients in mergers and acquisitions.
  • Provide training on legal responsibilities for client staff.
  • Stay updated on legal developments and best practices.
  • Work with external legal counsel when necessary.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and risk management discussions.
  • Develop legal strategies to mitigate risks for clients.

Requirements

Education
  • JD or equivalent advanced legal qualification
  • Specialization in Corporate or Labour Law is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in legal advisory roles
