Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist at Dynamic Learning Solutions, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities. You will partner with department heads to identify learning needs and create tailored solutions that drive performance and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative e-learning modules and supporting materials.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration.
• Monitor and report on the progress of training initiatives and employee performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to promote training programs.
• Assist in promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Provide guidance and support to managers regarding employee development strategies.
• Utilize performance metrics to measure training impact on employee efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
• Master's degree in Education or Organizational Development preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a corporate learning role

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• E-Learning Development

• Certified Learning Administrator (CLA)

Languages
