Job Description

We are seeking a passionate HR Generalist to join our Pretoria office. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will play a key role in fostering an inclusive workplace culture that values diversity and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle and onboarding process.
• Facilitate performance appraisals and feedback sessions.
• Manage employee relations and conduct grievance investigations.
• Ensure HR policies are communicated and adhered to across departments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and policies.
• Support diversity initiatives and inclusion programs.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement.
• Develop training programs to enhance employee skills.
• Assist in the management of health and safety regulations.
• Monitor compliance with internal HR audits.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification preferred (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR)

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in HR or related field
