Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards across our software products. You will work closely with development teams to implement testing strategies that guarantee both functionality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Create, execute, and monitor test plans for software releases.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant field
• Certifications in Software Testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in manual and automated testing
