Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and direct construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing teams, budgets, timelines, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct all construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Evaluate and track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Finalize purchase orders and contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare and submit project status reports to senior management.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the integrity of all construction work.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience

• 7+ years managing large-scale construction projects
