Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Architect, where you will design and implement sustainable landscape solutions for residential and commercial projects. You will be responsible for collaborating with clients and other professionals, ensuring each project meets both aesthetic and functional needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster team creativity.
• Review and provide feedback on designs from junior staff.
• Prepare and present project proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct environmental impact assessments related to landscape proposals.
• Manage and track project schedules and deliverables effectively.
• Collaborate with local authorities on permits and regulations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks associated with design and implementation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Landscape Architecture or similar field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in landscape design or urban planning

Technical Skills

• GIS Software
• Landscape Rendering Software

Certifications

• Sustainability Design Certification

Languages

• Afrikaans: Conversational
