Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Pail Bailer to join our dynamic production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for bailing pails and ensuring efficient operation of the pail bailing process. Attention to detail and physical dexterity are crucial for this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of the pail bailing machine effectively
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and practices
• Conduct quality inspections on pails post-bailing
• Assist in the training of new staff on machine operations
• Maintain a tidy production area to support efficiency
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production goals and outcomes
• Implement continuous improvements in bailing processes
• Keep accurate logs of machine performance and production metrics
• Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions and report issues
• Participate in health and safety audits as required

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications are advantageous

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment preferred

Technical Skills

• Forklift operation experience
