Job Description

Join us as an E-commerce Manager where you will oversee our online sales channels. This role requires expertise in e-commerce platforms and marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and boost sales. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and driving growth through innovative strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage e-commerce KPIs and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic to the e-commerce site.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Leverage social media and email marketing to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Collaborate with IT to maintain website functionality, security, and updates.
  • Direct the development of promotional campaigns to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Nurture relationships with key stakeholders to support e-commerce growth.
  • Evaluate and select e-commerce platform features and tools to enhance functionality.
  • Adopt a customer-centric approach in all e-commerce initiatives.
  • Analyze and report on customer satisfaction metrics to improve service quality.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Certification in Digital Marketing is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of robust e-commerce experience, ideally in a managerial role
