Responsibilities

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients about their health, treatment options, and lifestyle changes.
• Engage in case discussions and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Support nursing staff and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives in patient care.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent medical degree
• Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a clinical setting
