Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, helping them to navigate their mental health challenges. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing evidence-based therapies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the medical assessment of pets and provide high-quality clinical care.
• Oversee surgery procedures and post-operative care.
• Engage with clients for feedback to improve service delivery.
• Implement client education programs on preventative healthcare strategies.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
• Evaluate and guide the clinic’s health and safety practices.
• Participate in case discussions and share knowledge within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of clinical veterinary experience or internship

Technical Skills

• Animal Behaviour Assessment

Certifications

• Fear Free Certification

Languages
