Responsibilities

• Develop new products and improve existing ones through research.
• Evaluate experimental results and make data-driven decisions.
• Lead the implementation of standards and safety precautions.
• Work with procurement to source high-quality raw materials.
• Oversee laboratory experiments and manage laboratory teams.
• Participate in project planning and coordination meetings.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies for compliance certifications.
• Assist in cost estimation and budgeting for projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• Master's degree or further specialization is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a chemical engineering environment
