Instructional Design Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Design Consultant to lead the development of engaging and effective curriculum for our diverse clientele. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in instructional design principles and various learning methodologies to create impactful learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop multimedia instructional materials, including e-learning modules and assessments.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure curriculum aligns with institutional goals.
• Create instructor guides and training manuals to support implementation.
• Evaluate learner feedback and assessment data to refine instructional materials.
• Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.
• Provide ongoing support and consultation to educators in implementing instructional strategies.
• Promote learner engagement through innovative design techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Master's degree in Instructional Design or a related field preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of progressive experience in instructional design and teaching

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Certifications

• Certified Instructional Designer/Developer (CIDD)
• Advanced Instructional Designer Certification
