Job Description

In the role of Compliance Officer in Pretoria, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization by ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Your responsibilities include monitoring compliance programs, advising on regulatory changes, and liaising with regulators.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor operational compliance and identify areas of improvement.
• Create and maintain documentation related to compliance activities.
• Report compliance status to the Compliance Manager on a regular basis.
• Develop training materials and support training sessions for employees.
• Support internal audits and external inspections.
• Advise management on potential compliance risks and resolutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or a related field

Experience

• At least 3-5 years of experience in compliance or risk management
