Job Description

We're searching for a proactive Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition. You will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture and enhancing employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
  • Assist with the development of employee retention strategies.
  • Lead change management initiatives as needed.
  • Develop succession planning to ensure business continuity.
  • Engage with external HR service providers and consultants.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • HR certification such as CIPD or equivalent is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in various HR functions

Certifications
