Job Description

We are in search of a Human Resources Manager to spearhead our HR strategies and initiatives. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with employment laws. The HR Manager will manage key HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and update HR policies to reflect best practices.
  • Supervise the recruitment and selection process.
  • Manage employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
  • Conduct training sessions on HR policies and employee engagement.
  • Analyze and report on workforce data and HR metrics.
  • Support management in performance review processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification is beneficial

  • 5+ years in HR management and leadership roles
