Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Officer to join our team in Bloemfontein. This role involves developing and managing compensation programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing benefits offerings to attract and retain talent. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of compensation structures, employee benefits, and relevant legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the company's compensation and benefits programs.
  • Analyze pay structures and make recommendations for adjustments.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in the payroll process.
  • Develop training materials to educate employees on their benefits options.
  • Collaborate with HR team to align compensation strategies with talent acquisition.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation of compensation processes.
  • Provide guidance to managers on compensation-related inquiries.
  • Monitor compensation-related metrics and report findings to leadership.
  • Participate in salary surveys and other benchmarking activities.
  • Engage in projects that support overall employee engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Additional specialization in Compensation and Benefits is preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in HR, focusing on compensation and benefits
