We are seeking an HR Manager to lead our HR department in Johannesburg. This role will be pivotal in driving employee engagement strategies and enhancing workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Lead HR projects that enhance organizational effectiveness.
Ensure employee records are maintained accurately.
Analyze employee feedback and make recommendations.
Implement onboarding processes for new hires.
Prepare reports on HR activities and initiatives.
Support managers in counseling and disciplinary actions.
Promote company values and mission through HR practices.
Encourage employee involvement in corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus

5+ years of experience in a managerial HR role
