Job Description

We are seeking an HR Manager to lead our HR department in Johannesburg. This role will be pivotal in driving employee engagement strategies and enhancing workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR projects that enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Ensure employee records are maintained accurately.
  • Analyze employee feedback and make recommendations.
  • Implement onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Prepare reports on HR activities and initiatives.
  • Support managers in counseling and disciplinary actions.
  • Promote company values and mission through HR practices.
  • Encourage employee involvement in corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial HR role
