Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Document Control Specialist to join our Pretoria team. This role involves overseeing the document management process, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and accessible while adhering to compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the lifecycle of documents from creation to archiving.
  • Track document revisions and ensure the latest versions are accessible.
  • Coordinate with legal teams to ensure documents meet compliance standards.
  • Develop and implement streamlined processes for document management.
  • Act as the main point of contact for document-related queries.
  • Conduct audits on document management systems to identify improvement areas.
  • Provide training to team members on document management practices.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.
  • Monitor document control metrics and provide insights for improvement.
  • Assist in developing document management policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Records Management or a related field
  • Master's degree is desirable
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in documentation and contract management
