Job Description

We are seeking a Compliance Manager who is an expert in auditing procedures and regulatory standards. In this role, you will ensure our operations comply with all applicable laws and guidelines while fostering a culture of integrity and accountability within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of compliance audits and risk assessments.
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops on compliance standards.
  • Assess and mitigate compliance risks across the organization.
  • Review operational processes for compliance gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and records.
  • Collaborate with legal advisors to interpret laws and regulations.
  • Communicate compliance expectations to all stakeholders in the company.
  • Monitor industry best practices and implement necessary changes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree or professional certification is an advantage

  • 5+ years of experience in compliance management or auditing
