Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Representative in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the best support. Your responsibilities will include answering queries, resolving issues, and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly.
  • Guide customers through the support process and ensure resolution.
  • Record details of customer interactions for tracking purposes.
  • Assist in the training of new customer support staff.
  • Contribute to team meetings with insights from customer feedback.
  • Engage in continuous learning to better support customer needs.

Requirements

Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • National Diploma in Customer Service is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in a customer support role
