Requirements

Education
  • Matric (Grade 12) required
  • Degree in business or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service roles
Technical Skills
  • MS Office Suite

  • Time Management

Advantageous

  • Bilingual skills: Fluency in both English and Afrikaans is an advantage.
  • Experience in Retail: Background in retail customer service roles is preferred.
