We are seeking a passionate Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be tasked with developing, executing, and maintaining test plans and cases, ensuring software solutions are delivered with the highest quality. Your contributions will directly impact our product's reliability and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Create test plans, scenarios, and cases for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Report and prioritize defects using tracking tools.
• Develop automated tests where applicable to improve efficiency.
• Execute and monitor performance tests to ensure application reliability.
• Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
• Help formulate QA processes and standards to ensure best practices.
• Provide insights on risks and quality-related issues during sprints.
• Contribute to improving user experience through thorough testing.
• Develop training sessions to educate team members on quality standards.
• Assist in project estimation and resource allocation for testing.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in QA roles
