We are on the lookout for a Quality Assurance Analyst to help ensure our software products meet high standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for identifying issues before they reach our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing efforts within projects and ensure all milestones are met.
• Train junior QA analysts in testing processes and tools.
• Assist in the development of QA policies and procedures.
• Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives as needed.
• Utilize testing tools effectively to automate processes and reduce manual efforts.
• Analyze user feedback to improve overall product quality.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in quality assurance roles

Technical Skills

• Selenium
• API Testing

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills

Certifications

• Agile Tester Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in mobile application testing: Hands-on experience testing mobile applications across various platforms.
• Familiar with CI/CD tools: Experience in using Jenkins or similar for continuous integration and deployment.
