Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager who will be instrumental in driving our HR strategy in Cape Town. The successful candidate will lead recruitment efforts, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with labor laws, shaping the workplace culture and fostering a positive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment strategy, including internships and talent pipelines.
  • Draft and update HR policies to maintain compliance and fairness.
  • Foster a culture of open communication to enhance employee relations.
  • Oversee the implementation of performance management systems across the organization.
  • Design initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Utilize HR analytics to track key performance indicators.
  • Facilitate workshops and training for skill development.
  • Keep up-to-date with labor legislation and advise on necessary changes.
  • Consult with management on HR processes and improvements.
  • Manage payroll accuracy and benefits administration.
