Job Description

The Back Closer will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all back-end transactions. They will work closely with other departments to ensure that all client requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Manage the processing of back-end transactions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure that all transactions comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Collaborate with various teams to address client concerns effectively.
• Document and maintain transaction records with precision.
• Assist in onboarding and supporting junior staff as needed.
• Highlight any operational risks or issues for management's attention.
• Meet all deadlines consistently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Support additional department projects and initiatives as requested.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Relevant certifications will be advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in a similar role.
