As an HR Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company adheres to all employment regulations and labor laws. You will work closely with various departments to establish compliance protocols and provide guidance on HR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor HR compliance metrics to gauge effectiveness.
• Respond to compliance inquiries from employees and address concerns promptly.
• Oversee the reporting and resolution of compliance violations.
• Create and maintain a compliance calendar to ensure timely audits and reviews.
• Assist with investigations related to compliance violations.
