Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume calls and emails from customers.
  • Deliver excellent service and build relationships with customers.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the management team.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to assist customers better.
  • Participate in continuous training and development opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer support or service roles
