Campus Ministry Director

Job Description

The Campus Ministry Director will lead and coordinate ministry programs within the campus community. You will oversee the spiritual growth of students, engage with various stakeholders, and create a supportive environment for faith exploration.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute programs to promote spiritual engagement and growth.
• Work together with student organizations to sponsor interfaith events.
• Provide pastoral care and mentorship to students navigating personal challenges.
• Cultivate a vibrant campus ministry community through outreach initiatives.
• Prepare and lead retreats, workshops, and spiritual formation events.
• Ensure that all ministry activities align with the overall mission of the organization.
• Monitor and assess student participation and feedback to enhance ministry effectiveness.
• Seek opportunities for partnerships with local churches and religious organizations.
• Advocate for student needs and concerns within the campus administration.
• Foster an inclusive environment that respects a diversity of faith traditions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Theology, Ministry or a related field
• Ordained or recognized religious affiliation (preferred)

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a ministry or leadership role
