Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our Johannesburg location. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, hands-on experience in restaurant operations, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to meet operational needs.
  • Monitor food and beverage inventory to minimize waste and ensure quality.
  • Lead weekly staff meetings to address issues and enhance team collaboration.
  • Engage with customers to ensure they have an enjoyable dining experience.
  • Assist in menu planning and seasonal promotions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
  • Review financials and assist in budget planning and forecasting.
  • Drive initiatives to improve restaurant efficiency and profitability.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant management with a focus on high-volume environments
