Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our Port Elizabeth team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our systems. You should possess strong attention to detail and be comfortable handling large volumes of information efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the timely and accurate entry of data into systems.
  • Review data for completeness and consistency.
  • Coordinate with other departments for data collection.
  • Monitor data entry quality and implement solutions.
  • Assist with routine data cleansing tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

  • Serve as a point of contact for data-related queries.

Requirements

Education
  • Any relevant qualification or certification
  • Diploma in Office Administration is an advantage
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred
