Seeking an HR Generalist to drive HR initiatives within our Durban-based team. This role will involve managing employee relations, recruitment, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
Lead the recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies.
Organize and implement employee training programs.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and labor laws.
Develop initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with management on workforce planning and succession strategies.
Assist in performance appraisal processes and provide guidance.
Maintain accurate HR records and manage HR metrics.
Participate in employee engagement and team-building activities.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Postgraduate qualification in HR is an advantage
Experience
3-5 years of experience in HR management
