Responsibilities

  • Design and execute initiatives to enhance customer service processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer issues and escalations.
  • Facilitate training sessions for staff on customer service best practices.
  • Utilize data analytics to understand customer behavior and improve engagement strategies.
  • Develop reports and presentations to communicate customer insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer experience or service management
