Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Organizational Psychology
• Master's degree in HR Management is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in employee relations or HR management

• Negotiation skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• HRIS experience: Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems for data management.
• Experience in project management: Knowledge of project management principles and techniques.
