Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Description

As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will facilitate clinical trials by ensuring that all study protocols and guidelines are followed. You'll manage participant recruitment, data collection, and results analysis, contributing to meaningful medical advancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of clinical project plans.
• Maintain communication with regulatory agencies and ethics committees.
• Review and approve study protocols and related documents.
• Analyze clinical data to assess the safety and efficacy of treatments.
• Manage participant safety and data privacy in compliance with regulations.
• Facilitate the onboarding and ongoing training of clinical staff.
• Monitor recruitment progress and implement strategies to enhance volunteer participation.
• Develop study-specific training manuals and operational SOPs.
• Assist in the preparation of grant proposals and funding applications.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field
• PhD is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in clinical research and staff management
