We are searching for a motivated and qualified pharmacist to join our Johannesburg team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in dispensing medications, counseling patients on their proper use, and ensuring high standards of pharmacy practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient health needs and offer tailored pharmaceutical care plans.
• Educate patients about chronic disease management and preventive care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient health outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of pharmacy practice policies and procedures.
• Ensure the pharmacy environment is safe, clean, and compliant with regulations.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
• Support the implementation of new pharmacy technology and systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Postgraduate qualifications in clinical pharmacy preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in community or hospital pharmacy

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Pharmacy Practice Residency Certificate

Languages
