Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of clinical trials and ensure they comply with protocols.
• Conduct site monitoring visits and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate study processes.
• Manage documentation and data collection for trials.
• Assist in resolving issues related to study operations.
• Support the development of study materials and site training.
• Evaluate site performance and contribute to feasibility assessments.
• Keep up to date with clinical research advancement and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy or related field
• Master's degree in Clinical Research is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years experience in clinical trials or related field
