Join our Cape Town team as a Quality Assurance Analyst! In this role, you will contribute to maintaining the quality of our software by conducting thorough testing and troubleshooting. Your input will be significant in refining product features and achieving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and cases.
• Report and track bugs using bug tracking software.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve application usability.
• Evaluate test results to ensure software quality objectives are met.
• Keep up to date with the latest QA methodologies and tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a relevant field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance roles

Technical Skills

• Test Automation Tools

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CI/CD tools: Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery tools.
