We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Durban facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently, managing staff, inventory, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment and training of warehouse personnel.
• Ensure optimal layout and space utilization in the warehouse.
• Implement technology solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor staffing levels and manage schedules.
• Evaluate and select vendors for warehousing services.
• Collaborate with other departments for coordinated logistics.
• Assist in budget preparation and cost management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• MBA preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years in warehouse and logistics management
