As a Corporate Lawyer at our Johannesburg firm, you will engage in providing expert legal guidance to corporate clients. This involves drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on corporate governance, and representing clients in legal proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on compliance and regulatory issues.
• Assist in the structuring of corporate transactions and negotiations.
• Prepare and submit necessary legal filings and documentation.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or equivalent degree in Law
• Admitted attorney in South Africa

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate law
