Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing assistance and guidance to ensure their satisfaction. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation or higher
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field is preferred
