Requirements

Education

• Matriculation certificate or equivalent
• Diploma in Customer Service Management is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre environment

Technical Skills

• CRM software proficiency
• Data entry skills

• Empathy

Certifications

• Customer Service Certification from a recognized institution

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Bilingual skills: Fluency in both English and Afrikaans or Zulu is advantageous.
• Experience with product returns and exchanges: Knowledge in handling product-related queries and processing returns.
