Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by effectively managing incoming calls.
  • Engage customers by listening to their concerns and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Document and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist customers in navigating the services offered by the company.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while dealing with challenging situations.
  • Contribute to the team environment by sharing knowledge and experiences.
  • Adhere to performance metrics and strive to meet or exceed them.
  • Participate in ongoing training to further enhance customer service skills.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculated or equivalent qualification
  • Customer service training or similar certification preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years' experience in call center or customer support roles

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Afrikaans: Basic
