Responsibilities

• Plan and execute mining operations in accordance with regulations and best practices.
• Assess and manage risks associated with mining activities.
• Coordinate with management to ensure alignment of mining objectives with corporate goals.
• Support the introduction of new mining technologies and methodologies.
• Ensure effective communication between engineering teams and site operations.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers for skill development and career growth.
• Ensure that all mining activities are documented and compliant with regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline
• Postgraduate qualification is preferable

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
