We are seeking an experienced Dentist to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to high-quality patient care and can perform a variety of dental procedures. You will work closely with our friendly dental team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct dental examinations and diagnose oral diseases.
• Perform preventive procedures such as cleanings and fluoride treatments.
• Provide restorative services, including fillings, crowns, and bridges.
• Manage patient relationships and provide education on oral health.
• Coordinate treatment plans with dental hygienists and assistants.
• Stay up to date with the latest dental practices and technologies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (BDS or DDS)
• Specialization or postgraduate training in a specific area of dentistry is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a dental practice setting

Technical Skills

• Oral Surgery
• Cosmetic Dentistry

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience in digital dentistry: Familiarity with dental imaging systems and CAD/CAM technology.
• Experience with dental software: Proficient in using dental management software for scheduling and patient records.
