Job Description

The Lodging Manager will oversee the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that all systems are functioning efficiently and guests are receiving the best possible service. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor hotel performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure high standards.
• Coordinate with other department heads to ensure seamless operations.
• Lead staff meetings to align on goals and operational challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hotel management

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
