Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Legal Assistant in Pretoria who can handle administrative responsibilities, assist with legal documentation, and support our legal team in delivering top-notch services to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review contracts and legal agreements.
  • Assist in the preparation of trial materials and exhibits.
  • Maintain and update client databases and case management systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal team.
  • Assist in the preparation of billing and invoicing for clients.

Advantageous

  • Experience with legal software applications: Familiarity with widely used legal software such as LexisNexis or Westlaw.
