Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Food Technologist to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food processes, product development, and quality control to enhance our product lines and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new food product formulations.
  • Facilitate product trials and analyze results.
  • Ensure all products meet nutritional and labeling standards.
  • Monitor production processes and recommend improvements.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to launch new products.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related field
  • Food Safety Certification is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in product development or food technology
