Job Description

In this position, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through legal challenges and ensuring all practices are compliant with the law. Your expertise in corporate law, coupled with your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, will be essential to your success in this role. You will also participate in negotiations and drafting legal documents, contributing to the overall strategic vision of the firm.

Responsibilities

• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructures.
• Monitor changes in relevant legislation and advise stakeholders.
• Prepare and file necessary legal documentation.
• Assist with risk assessments regarding legal liabilities.
• Liaise with external legal counsel as required.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or higher
• Additional certifications in Corporate Governance preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a corporate legal environment.
