Job Description

As a Legal Research Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our legal team, conducting in-depth legal research and preparing legal documents that support our clients' needs. You'll be responsible for interpreting laws and regulations, drafting reports, and ensuring the accuracy of legal content. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to legal matters.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research and analysis on diverse legal matters.
• Prepare and finalize documents for litigation and corporate matters.
• Evaluate and summarize legal opinions and case law relevant to ongoing cases.
• Work closely with senior attorneys on complex legal issues.
• Contribute to the drafting of policy documents and guidelines.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple projects.
• Coordinate with external legal resources when necessary.
• Compile research reports and present findings to the legal team.
• Review and analyze contracts, ensuring compliance with laws.
• Assist in client consultations and client communications as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Membership of a recognised legal professional body will be an advantage

Experience

• Previous experience in litigation or corporate law matters will be beneficial.
